You may have closed the PayPal window too soon. In this case, the order cannot be completed. Your order is placed successfully with us once you have been forwarded to the thank you page in our shop after the PayPal payment process. After this, a payment conformation e-mail will be sent to you automatically. Please check that you receive the order confirmation, because we will only process your order after this has been sent. If there are still items in your shopping cart, the order has not yet been completed. Your shopping cart will always be emptied after an order has been placed successfully. Sums reserved by PayPal that are not booked off, will be kept for 2 weeks and then discarded.
